Questions before a pilot

Does LogisticsAI automatically decide that a shipment arrived or was delivered?

No. A trusted source must provide a verified event. AI output is never accepted as operational truth.

Can a message be sent without human approval?

No. The current safety mode requires an authorised person to approve the exact event, recipient, locale and message revision.

Which status events are supported first?

The first contract supports arrived at loading, loaded, departed loading, arrived at delivery, delivered, delay detected and ETA changed.

What happens after an event correction?

The correction creates a new linked revision. Any unsent communication based on the stale event is cancelled or superseded.

Does this automate telephone calls?

No. This release prepares and delivers controlled written status updates. It reduces avoidable check calls but does not place automated calls.

Is delivery real time?

No. Scheduled processing is supplemented by an explicit operator action; the service makes no real-time promise.
