What should I check in a CMR or proof of delivery?

Start with a redacted delivery document. Review the extracted transport reference, delivery details and any reported missing information or discrepancies against the original. The result helps you locate items to examine; it does not establish that delivery was legally completed.

For example, if the result reports a missing signature or a damage note, inspect that area of the original document. A scan can be incomplete or hard to read. Keep the original as the authoritative record and have a person resolve exceptions before billing or handling a claim.
